Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. has acquired San Diego, California-based Hartley Cylke Pacific Insurance Services, Inc.
Hartley Cylke Pacific Insurance is a retail insurance broker that specialises in transportation for clients throughout California and Arizona.
According to Gallagher, Hartley Cylke Pacific Insurance’s Michael Hartley (President), John Cylke (Vice President), James Hawes (Agent/Broker) and their team will remain in their current location under the direction of Scott Firestone, head of Gallagher’s Southwest region retail property/casualty brokerage operations.

In related news, just last week, Gallagher announced the acquisitions of Ace Commercial Insurance Center, a specialist insurance broker serving the trucking industry primarily in Southern California, and Eastern Insurance Group, LLC, a subsidiary of Eastern Bank.
