Aspen Insurance’s cyber team in London is to add Amie Watson as an Underwriter in May.
Watson will join from Liberty Specialty Market where she currently serves as a Cyber & Tech Underwriter.
Aspen’s London cyber team is headed by Mauro Signorelli, Senior Underwriter, Technology Liability & Cyber Risk Insurance.
“Cyber insurance is a growth line of business for us and we are delighted to welcome two individuals of the calibre of Amie and Delvin to Aspen Insurance,” an Aspen spokesperson commented.
Aspen’s cyber team is overseen globally, and is headed up by US-based Josh Ladeau, Global Head of Technology Errors and Omissions (E&O) and Cyber.
“We have considerable strength-in-depth within our Cyber team globally and when Amie joins us in May, we will have a team of six in London.”
Watson previously served at XL Catlin and Aviva in similar roles and previously as a E&O broker at Lockton and Willis.
Her addition follows that of Delvin Tillet who joined Aspen Insurance’s London cyber team as an Underwriter in early January from Axis. He was previously at MGA Ascent underwriting.
