Aspen Insurance Holdings Limited, a provider of insurance and reinsurance solutions, has launched Aspen Data Labs, a new platform designed to advance its digital capabilities and enhance its focus on data and artificial intelligence (AI).
Aspen Data Labs will facilitate collaboration among employees and partners on data science and AI projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and expediting results in underwriting and claims processes.
Emphasising data analytics and technology, Aspen Data Labs embodies Aspen’s commitment to bolstering its overall data and technology strategy.

Over time, the platform will provide access to AI tools, frameworks, and resources designed to optimise core business functions, enhance client experiences, and boost financial performance. It will also foster partnerships with third-party organisations.
To demonstrate Aspen’s renewed focus on its data strategy, Aspen Data Labs is hosting its first AI Data Summit in London from July 16-18.
In collaboration with innovation specialist LMarks, this event will give employees and external suppliers an opportunity to present ideas for improving underwriting and claims processes through data and technology.
