Aspen Insurance Holdings Limited has announced the appointment of Michelle Dudek as Head of US Environmental for Aspen Insurance, effective January 6, 2025.
Dudek will be based in Jersey City, New Jersey, where she will lead Aspen’s US Environmental team.
Her responsibilities include managing the company’s portfolio of Environmental products for US clients, shaping underwriting strategies, and enhancing risk management capabilities.
With over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, Dudek is a highly regarded leader in the Excess & Surplus (E&S) market.
During her tenure at AIG, she held increasingly senior positions, overseeing the performance and profitability of both Casualty and Environmental product lines.
Most recently, Dudek served as Chief Underwriting Officer at AIG, where she provided underwriting oversight for the Environmental, Global Energy Middle Market, and Truck Group divisions.
