Assurex Global, the privately held brokerage firm, has promoted Teric Steines to Executive Vice President (EVP), Strategic Innovation and Brand, where he will harness emerging tech trends and insightful data analytics to advance strategic innovation and enhance the brand’s relevance and resonance within the industry.

In his new role, Steines’ remit will include harnessing his expertise to spearhead the company’s strategic innovation initiatives, emphasizing AI’s role in analyzing complex market data and trends to inform decision-making and strategy development. He will also ensure these innovations align seamlessly with the company’s overarching goals.
Steines’ remit as EVP extends to brand strategy, overseeing the stewardship of Assurex Global’s branding efforts to secure consistency and coherence with the organization’s core values and mission, explains the firm. He will navigate the brand’s narrative across all platforms, directing marketing and advertising efforts to bolster the brand’s position in the market.
His cross-functional 25 years of leadership experience will see him collaborate with diverse departments, including marketing, communications, meetings, IT, and data analytics, forging a cohesive approach to effectively integrate innovation and branding strategies across Assurex Global.
Stakeholder engagement will also be a significant aspect of his role, involving active dialogue with partners, investors, and industry influencers to champion Assurex Global’s innovative efforts and brand identity.
Throughout his career, he has held diverse leadership roles, serving as Vice President in IT, Marketing, and Innovation. Additionally, he has experience in successfully overseeing various lines of business, including Private Client, Small Business Insurance, and Affinity Programs.
