Aston Lark has acquired Healthwise Group.
The move, Aston Lark’s second healthcare acquisition of the year, will see the firm pick up the Dudley-based company that provides private medical insurance and employee benefits.

The last time Aston Lark appeared on these pages was in December when the company announced that it had acquired the client book of Choice Benefits.
Backed by Goldman Sachs, Aston Lark has been on an acquisition in recent months, having picked up Bainbridge Collins, Innovation Broking, and Philip Williams & Company in November.
These acquisitions all followed the company’s acquisition by Howden in October last year.
