Aston Lark Ireland has announced plans to further strengthen its personal lines insurance capabilities with the acquisition of Principal Insurance Ireland DAC.
Based in Dublin, Principal Insurance was established in 2015 and is a leading player in the Irish motorcycle insurance market, with a 30%+ market share.
Its 18-strong team, led by Dave Bowcock and Aly Dixon, will now look to extend their footprint in the market with investment from Aston Lark, while exploring new diversification opportunities.
