Aston Lark Ireland, a Howden company, has announced the acquisition of William Lyons Insurances and wholly owned subsidiary J.C. Daly Insurances.
In the announcement the broker said it had agreed the terms of the acquisition and added that it is subject to approval.

William Lyons Insurances is a long-established, second-generation family-run insurance brokerage based in Castleisland, County Kerry, serving customers in the south-west region of Ireland since 1952.
It acquired J.C. Daly Insurances in 2004, broadening their geographical footprint with an office in Abbeyfeale, County Limerick. Today, they continue to operate out of both offices, providing bespoke solutions to individuals and businesses and offering a full range of commercial and personal insurances as well as life, pensions and investment products.
