Attento Underwriting Agency, an insurer specialising in the transportation business in North America and Canada, has appointed Gary Mountford as a Non-Executive Director, subject to regulatory approval.
Mountford will work alongside senior management to continue to build and expand Attento’s motor transportation business in North America and Canada and also develop new lines of business.

Mountford’s career spans more than four decades, which includes key management positions at leading insurers. He has served as the Head of Property Programmes at W/R/B where he set up and ran a successful global commercial property, personal lines and commercial auto account, and Senior Class Underwriter at Catlin Group.
