Augment Risk, a specialist reinsurance and capital solutions broker, has appointed Lee Bonnett to its MGA division, with the appointment taking effect immediately.
Working from the company’s London office, Bonnett will report to Mark Aylward, Partner – MGA, and will play a key role in supporting the continued expansion of Augment Risk’s MGA client portfolio.
Augment Risk said that Bonnett joins the business with more than three decades of experience in the insurance sector. During the last 10 years of his career, he has focused on designing and placing both portfolio and monoline solutions for MGAs operating in the UK, North America and Australia.
Bonnett most recently served as a partner at Acrisure London Wholesale, where his work centred on US-based, catastrophe-focused technology MGAs. Earlier in his career, he held a range of senior leadership positions with Marsh and Towergate Insurance.
