AXA XL, the property & casualty (P&C) and specialty risk division of global insurer AXA, has appointed Kai Kuklinski as Regional Manager, Northern Europe and Country Manager for Germany (Branch Manager of XL Insurance Company SE’s German branch), effective August 1st, subject to regulatory approvals.
Kuklinski’s remit will oversee the insurer’s operations in Northern Europe including regions like Switzerland, Benelux, Nordics and Austria & CSEE.
Additionally, as the Branch Manager of XL Insurance Company SE’s German branch, he will also be leading the team in Germany to implement the company’s strategy and strengthen relationships with clients, brokers and strategic partners.

Kuklinski is a member of the Executive Committee of AXA Germany (AXA Konzern AG) and Chief Distribution Officer for Property & Casualty, Health, and Life & Savings.
Before joining AXA Germany, he was the Chief Executive Officer of AXA Art.
