Scott joins AXIS with close to twenty years of experience across the healthcare sector, having previously held roles at RGA Reinsurance, Voya Financial, Point6 Healthcare and Lockton Companies.
He has an extensive background in self-funded healthcare, including work spanning plan design, cost containment and established risk management practices.
