AXIS Re, the reinsurance business segment of AXIS Capital, has appointed Lisa Hiscock to serve as Senior Underwriter, Lloyd’s Casualty within the Global Markets team.
Hiscock will be underwriting Lloyd’s Casualty treaty business while providing support to existing partnerships and assessing new growth opportunities.
She’s also expected to have a particular focus on creating new business relationships.
She joins from AXA XL after five years with the company, having started out in London as an Underwriter within the specialty team at Hiscox.
From there she relocated to Australia and focused on crisis management lines with a broad remit of classes and line management responsibilities.
Hiscock will continue to be based in Australia with plans to transfer to the United Kingdom later in 2021
