BDO, a provider of professional services, has expanded its global footprint with the official launch of BDO Bermuda, enhancing its ability to serve clients with Bermuda-domiciled structures.
This expansion underscores BDO’s commitment to delivering audit and advisory services across the region, with Bermuda representing a strategically important jurisdiction for international business, particularly in the insurance, reinsurance, and asset management sectors.
Gillian McCann has been named Partner and will lead BDO Bermuda. McCann brings more than two decades of experience advising organisations across the financial services industry in Bermuda and internationally.
James George, Managing Partner of BDO in the Cayman Islands, will provide stewardship of the Bermuda office. He has played a vital role in building BDO’s re/insurance capabilities throughout the region.
BDO Bermuda will provide on-island expertise supported by the broader BDO global network and offer a full suite of services, including audit & assurance, tax, and advisory. The addition of Bermuda further enhances BDO’s ability to deliver seamless, cross-jurisdictional support for multinational organisations requiring aligned audit and advisory services.
