Specialist insurer Beazley has announced that Sir Andrew Likierman will be succeeded by Christine LaSala as Chair of the Beazley Remuneration committee.
This is at the conclusion of the company’s AGM on 26 March, 2021 following the completion of his second three-year term, in line with standard succession requirements.
In addition to LaSala’s appointment, Beazley announced that John Sauerland will also be standing down from the board at the conclusion of company’s AGM.
Beazley’s chairman David Roberts, said: “The board is immensely grateful to Sir Andrew for his service and great contribution to the company and its strategy during his tenure.
“The board also wishes to thank John for his valuable contribution, especially in regard to the US insurance market which is the largest growth area for the company. The board wish them both well for their future endeavours.”
