Specialty re/insurer Beazley has announced the arrival of Nicola Hodson and John Reizenstein as Non-Executive Directors, effective April 10.
Hodson, who is the current Vice President of Field Transformation for Microsoft Global Sales and Marketing, has also been appointed to the audit and risk committee. She was previously Chief Operating Officer for Microsoft UK.
She is currently serving as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Drax Group and will become Chair of its remuneration committee following the AGM in April 2019.
Reizenstein is a former Chief Financial Officer of Direct Line Insurance Group and brings extensive financial services experience across insurance, investment banking, and markets.
He is appointed to the audit and risk committee and will succeed Angela Crawford-Ingle as Chair when she stands down.
Reizenstein has also been appointed as Non-Exec Director to the Board of Beazley Furlonge with effect from April 9, and will chair its audit committee.
