Beazley Security, a provider of cyber risk management and insurance solutions, has announced the appointment of two senior leaders to drive its growth and geographic expansion.

Stephanie Webb will lead sales operations in the UK and Europe, while Jason Deering will focus on strengthening client relationships across the Americas, including the United States, Canada, and Latin America.

Both will join as Vice Presidents, reporting directly to Chief Revenue Officer Erin Malone.

The company’s decision to expand its leadership team aligns with growing demand for its integrated approach to cyber risk management.

This includes Beazley’s advanced Managed eXtended Detection and Response (MXDR) platform, its comprehensive Incident Response and Restoration services, and specialszed risk management support designed for Beazley’s cyber insurance clients.

“We have experienced incredible growth since launching service solutions that expand on Beazley’s Full Spectrum Cyber approach to cyber risk management,” added Alton Kizziah, CEO of Beazley Security.

“The addition of Stephanie and Jason will help us accelerate client engagement and deliver Preemptive, Adaptive, and Responsive cyber security solutions in key markets. They will also work to ensure we continually meet our high client satisfaction objectives.”

Webb joins Beazley Security from Proofpoint, where she led a team focused on tackling key cybersecurity challenges for enterprise clients across the UK and Europe.

With over 30 years of experience in technology and security, her career includes senior positions at Cisco, F5 Networks, and Vodafone. Webb is also a passionate advocate for diversity in the industry, having chaired the women@Proofpoint initiative, where she introduced programs to support and develop women in their careers.

Deering previously held the role of Senior Vice President of Sales at Optiv Security, overseeing a 300-strong client-facing team that provided cybersecurity solutions to enterprise and commercial clients across North America. His 25 years in the field include leadership roles at Cylance, Symantec, Blue Coat, McAfee, and Websense.

Deering has also contributed to the wider cybersecurity community as a former board member of the ISSA South Texas chapter and founder of WoodSec, a networking group for IT security professionals in The Woodlands, Texas.

“We’re seeing incredible interest from clients, prospects, and brokers in our ability to work as an integrated extension of an organisation’s cyber risk management strategy,” continued Kizziah.

“By combining nearly 20 years of claims and cause of loss data with current threat intelligence and real time threat actor activities, we’re able to provide clients unprecedented accuracy when considering their cyber risks.”
