Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance (BHSI) has promoted Jeff Jubera as the Head of Surety Claims.
Jubera, previously serving as the Vice President, Surety Claims, at BHSI, has been promoted to this leadership role due to his outstanding contributions and expertise in the field.
Under Jubera’s management, the claims team at BHSI has consistently delivered a best-in-class claims experience, reinforcing the company’s commitment to excellence.
Robert Romeo, Head of Claims, North America, at BHSI, expressed confidence in Jubera’s abilities, emphasising that “claims is our product,” and highlighted the positive impact he has had on shaping the surety business at BHSI.
Jeff Jubera joined BHSI as Vice President in 2021, bringing with him over two decades of valuable experience in surety claims and litigation.
Prior to his role at BHSI, he served as Vice President, Surety Claims, at Intact Insurance Company. Throughout his career, Jubera has demonstrated expertise in both developing and managing surety claim operations, and he has also served in the capacity of General Counsel.
