Global reinsurance broker Marsh Re has appointed Blake Berman as Head of Advisory for North America.
Berman brings extensive experience across advisory, client strategy, and the insurance and reinsurance markets, with a strong track record of helping clients navigate growth and capital efficiency challenges.
He initially joined Marsh in 2011 as Assistant Vice President, Casualty Specialty. During his 15 years at the company, the executive has served as Senior Vice President, Strategic Advisory (Guy Carpenter), and Managing Director.
“[Berman’s] appointment reflects the continued strength of Marsh Re’s advisory capabilities and the value of deep market expertise in delivering thoughtful, integrated solutions for clients,” a Marsh Re spokesperson said.
