Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance (BHSI), a provider of commercial property, casualty and specialty insurance and part of Berkshire Hathaway, has appointed Rory O’Broin as Global Head of Transactional Liability.
In this position, O’Broin will oversee BHSI’s transactional liability operations worldwide. He brings significant international experience in M&A-related transactional liability, contingent risk and tax liability insurance, along with a strong legal background advising on sophisticated cross-border deals. He will operate from the company’s London office.
