Blake Gleeson has been appointed to the newly created role of Chief Client Officer for Gallagher Australia, based in Perth, effective June 1, 2026.
Gleeson will leverage his three decades of industry experience to help strengthen client experience and deliver greater consistency across sectors as the business continues to grow nationally.
Gleeson joins Gallagher Australia following a six-year tenure at Marsh Australia, where he most recently served as Managing Director, Head of Employee Benefits.
He served as Chief Client Officer – Mercer Marsh Benefits, Australia, and Head of MMB – WA before that.
Prior to this, the executive also held positions at Aon, aviation consulting firm AvLaw Pty Ltd, and airline company Qantas.
