BMS Group, an independent global insurance and reinsurance broker, has expanded its presence in the Turkish market with the acquisition of Istanbul-based Oria Sigorta ve Reasürans Brokerliği A.Ş.
Owned and Chaired by Cenk Erden, Oria is an independent re/insurance broking firm with an established strong presence in the local business environment.
Since its founding in 2029, the firm has built a strong reputation in corporate insurance and employee health benefits solutions.
By combining this local expertise with the global network of BMS Group, the company is now positioned to offer more comprehensive, competitive, and solution-focused services to clients and insurance partners both in Turkey and internationally.
Cenk Erden and Remzi Duman will join the Board of BMS Turkey and the combined companies are to continue as BMS Group Sigorta ve Reasurans Brokerligi A.S.

This global expansion continues BMS’s strategic acquisitions across UK, Europe and the Middle East, including David Roberts & Partners (UK), Rasher (Spain), and proposed entry into the DIFC (subject to regulatory approval).
