BOXX Insurance, part of Zurich Global Businesses & Operations, has announced two key executive appointments to drive US expansion and international growth.
Neal Jardine was named Chief Operating Officer (COO) and President, BOXX Canada, and Elizabeth Kim was appointed as the new President of BOXX USA.
Since 2022, Jardine has focused on developing the firm’s cyber intelligence and claims divisions. In his new capacity, he will oversee global operations and the Canadian market, marking a significant phase in the company’s evolution.
His proficiency in converting technical risks into consumer-focused strategies is expected to be essential as BOXX introduces its integrated operational model to broader regional and global territories.

Kim’s appointment as President of BOXX USA comes as the company continues to successfully scale in the United States.
A qualified attorney, the executive is joining BOXX following a career holding senior leadership positions at Hiscox and Gallagher Re.
In her new position, Kim has been tasked with spearheading growth in the US market, expanding strategic distribution partnerships, and implementing BOXX’s innovative, embedded cyber solutions to an expanding American customer base.
