A broad enterprise rollout of Claude, the AI platform developed by Anthropic, is now underway at Hub International Limited, an insurance brokerage and financial services firm.
Anthropic, an artificial intelligence research and development company, is partnering with HUB to implement the platform across its workforce of more than 20,000 employees.
The initiative began in late Q4 2025. Early performance indicators from selected applications show an 85% productivity lift, average weekly time savings of 2.5 hours per employee, and user satisfaction exceeding 90%, making it one of the more accelerated large-scale AI adoptions within financial services.
In selecting Claude as its enterprise AI solution, HUB pointed to its capabilities in complex reasoning and coding, relatively low hallucination rates, and security architecture designed for regulated sectors. The agreement positions HUB among Anthropic’s first insurance brokerage partners.
As part of the collaboration, HUB is deploying Claude Enterprise for knowledge workers, Claude Code for technology teams, and Anthropic’s API platform to support the creation of tailored, agent-based solutions.
“AI is a force multiplier that will help accelerate HUB’s competitive advantage, which lies in combining cutting-edge technology with our scale, deep carrier relationships, product innovation, and decades of institutional knowledge to create transformational client experiences,” commented Marc Cohen, President and CEO of HUB.
“We’ve been on an AI application journey for several years, and our partnership with Anthropic represents our next-level commitment. Anthropic’s enterprise-grade AI, their unwavering commitment to safety, quality, and security, and their deep understanding of regulated markets made them the ideal partner for HUB.”
The foundation for this deployment was laid several years ago. Beginning in 2020, HUB tested robotic process automation integrations, later expanding its focus in 2022 as generative AI technologies advanced. Those early initiatives, the company noted, allowed it to move forward efficiently once AI systems demonstrated improved accuracy and stronger compliance and security controls. The enterprise-wide launch of Claude reflects the next phase of that longer-term strategy.
Implementation has followed a structured, phased model centred on defined use cases for roles such as account managers, producers, and customer support teams. Workshops and pilot programmes have already produced measurable business outcomes.
Across the organisation, Claude’s capabilities are being applied to streamline internal operations, enhance digital direct-to-customer platforms, support software development, and improve overall productivity and service delivery. The partnership concentrates on six priority areas: foundational generative AI, agentic workflows, vendor-enabled capabilities, specialised custom solutions, digital direct-to-customer experiences, and agentic software engineering platforms.
“HUB deployed Claude across 20,000 employees in a regulated industry and saw measurable results almost immediately — 85% productivity gains in targeted use cases, 2.5 hours saved per employee per week, and over 90% user satisfaction across early use cases,” added Nicholas Lin, Head of Product, Financial Services at Anthropic.
“From the earliest conversations, their team came in with a multi-year AI strategy and the operational rigor to execute on it. That kind of leadership and technical execution is what makes them the kind of partner that shows what’s possible when an organization commits to AI at scale.”
