BRP Group has agreed to acquire all of the outstanding equity interests of Westwood Insurance Agency, an insurer based in California, and owned by QBE Holdings.
The company is a full-service personal lines agency specialising in builder-sourced homeowner’s insurance, which has established itself as a premier partner with some of the largest homebuilders in the United States.
With annual revenues of approximately $81.8 million, Westwood represents BRP Group’s largest Partnership to date.
The Partnership, BRP Group’s nomenclature for a strategic acquisition, is expected to close on or around May 1, 2022, subject to certain closing conditions.
