BRP GroupGalbraith will assume the role of President, BRP, and CEO, Retail Brokerage Operations. This encompasses overseeing the Insurance Advisory Solutions (IAS) segment and the Medicare and Mainstreet personal insurance businesses in the Mainstreet Insurance Solutions (MIS) segment.

His responsibilities extend to the businesses in the Underwriting, Capacity, and Technology Solutions (UCTS) segment, along with the Westwood operations of the Mainstreet Insurance Solutions (MIS) segment.

In addition to their enterprise-wide roles, Galbraith and Roche will act as Chief Executive Officers of their respective business areas. Both executives will report directly to BRP Group, Inc.’s Chief Executive Officer, Trevor Baldwin.

Trevor Baldwin emphasised, “As we move forward with our strategic roadmap, we are deepening our focus on execution and strengthening our team dynamic to foster sustained high performance in this next phase of BRP’s growth.”

Galbraith, who has been with BRP Group since 2019, played a crucial role in the firm’s retail broking expansion, overseeing the integration of 41 partner firms and establishing the specialisation strategy.

Roche, also joining in 2019, led exponential growth in the firm’s MGA of the Future and digital insurance operations, including Millennial Specialty Insurance (MSI) and Westwood.

Baldwin expressed confidence in their ability to drive BRP’s expansion in the next stage of its development.
