Capco, a management and technology consultancy focused on the financial services industry, has announced the appointment of Paul Riseborough as Managing Partner for its UK business.
In his new role, Riseborough will be based in London and will join Capco’s global Senior Leadership Team.
He brings over two decades of broad financial services industry expertise to his new position.
Riseborough joined Capco in March 2023 as a Partner in the UK Banking and Payments practice, where he helped clients develop differentiated growth strategies, meet changing regulatory expectations, and deploy new technologies to enhance efficiency and elevate the customer experience.
Prior to that, Riseborough was the Managing Director and Head of Everyday Banking at Nationwide Building Society and a member of Nationwide’s Executive Leadership Team. He also held various senior banking roles at firms including Metro Bank, Lloyds Banking Group, and HBOS.
