Carbon adds Hugo Bashall as Head of Operations

Specialist managing general underwriter (MGU) Carbon Underwriting Carbon has announced the appointment of Hugo Bashall as Head of Operations with immediate effect.

Carbon UnderwritingBashall began his insurance career at MS Amlin, performing a number of roles across operations and strategy, including establishing and running an office overseas.

His most recent role was as Head of Operations for MS Amlin’s reinsurance business unit.

Prior to working at MS Amlin, Bashall was an Analyst with Advanced Power, a privately owned company that develops and manages power generation and related infrastructure projects throughout Europe and North America.
