Aon Denmark, part of the global re/insurance broker, has announced the appointment of Carsten Christoffersen as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Christoffersen is set to take on his new role in October 2023. He will be succeeding Allan Karlsen, who has moved on to assume the position of Chief Operating Officer for Aon EMEA.
Christoffersen’s extensive experience and expertise in the insurance and risk management industry make him a valuable addition to the Aon Denmark leadership team.
As the CEO of Aon Denmark, Christoffersen will be responsible for overseeing the company’s operations, spearheading strategic initiatives, and nurturing strong relationships with clients, industry stakeholders, and colleagues.
Johan Forsgård, the Nordic CEO of Aon, expressed his confidence in Carsten Christoffersen’s ability to steer Aon Denmark towards new heights.
“I have no doubt that he will bring fresh perspectives and strategic insights to guide Aon Denmark to new heights,” stated Forsgård.
