Casper Specialty UK Limited, the specialist casualty-focused MGA, has hired Nick Kirk from Munich Re Syndicate, as its Senior FI Underwriter.
Launched in early 2023, Casper is looking to continue its first-year expansion and deliver on its significant long-term growth aspirations.
Casper operates as an independent sister entity of Miller, the independent specialist re/insurance broker, with capacity support from Argenta.
Prior to this, Kirk served at Munich Re Syndicate as the Group Head of Financial Lines. Before this, he spent over two decades at Canopius as Head of Casualty & FinPro.
Kirk has served as both Chairman and Deputy Chairman of the IUA Bankers Underwriting Group and is a long-standing member of the FI LMA panel.
