Angus Marshall, Head of Transaction Liability at CFC, said, “CFC’s sophisticated underwriting approach allows us to effectively assess and underwrite complex European deals. By providing tailored transaction liability coverage, we empower our clients and brokers to unlock greater commercial value from transaction liability products.”

He added, “Our local presence will enhance our ability to provide world-class insurance solutions to the European broker and deal-making community.”

Laura Zlotkin-Leslie, Transaction Liability Senior Underwriter, has relocated from London to Amsterdam and will lead transaction liability underwriting from the new office.

Louise O’Shea, CEO of CFC Group, commented, “This represents another important step in CFC’s ongoing global expansion. It not only serves to demonstrate our commitment to truly embedding ourselves in the European market, but also the value we place on delivering an even more responsive and personalised service to our broker partners across the continent.”

CFC’s European operations now include offices in Brussels, Madrid, Barcelona, and Amsterdam, with plans to open additional offices in the near future.
