Charles Taylor, an independent global provider of claims solutions, has promoted Cesar Augusto de Aragao Alves to Head of Brazil soon after the opening of its new office in Rio de Janeiro.
Alves’ appointment, along with the new office in Brazil, showcases Charles Taylor’s commitment to serving the growing demand for specialised claims and adjusting expertise in the region.
The firm explains that Latin America has always been strategically important, and its commitment to the region has never been stronger.
Cesar brings over 34 years of insurance experience, with a strong focus on claims. He has spent 18 years with insurers, nine years with loss adjusters, and seven years with brokers.
