Reinsurance broker Chedid Re has announced two new appointments within its Facultative Division, Patricia Atallah as Senior Director of the firm’s Property portfolio and Jalal Tabaja as Senior Director of Energy, Marine & Specie.
Based in Lebanon, Atallah brings to her new role close to two decades of industry experience.
She takes over her new position after serving as Director Facultative Operation – Property, Engineering and Political Violence at Chedid Re, a position she had held since 2004 when he first joined the company.
“Congratulations to Patricia Atallah on her new role, where she will continue to build up and expand our Facultative Division’s Property portfolio and partnerships. Onward and upward!,” a Chedid Re spokesperson said.
Tabaja has over 15 years of experience and takes over his new role following his position as Director in Chedid Re. He had joined the company in 2014 as Senior Manager – Marine & Energy.
Prior to Chedid Re, he served as Strategy & Business Development Manager at Trust Compass Ins. Co. for close to two years, before that he spent over four years with Trust Re as a Regional Manager & Underwriter Marine & Energy.
