Insurer Cincinnati Financial Corporation has re-elected incumbent directors and appointed corporate officers for its US subsidiary companies, which held their regular shareholders’ and directors’ meetings this month.
The following associates were named executive officers and elected to the board of directors of all property casualty subsidiaries:
Luyang Fu has been appointed as Senior Vice President and Chief Actuary. In the roles, he will oversee all actuarial activities, including pricing, reserving, predictive modelling, forecasting and risk analytics for the corporation’s standard and excess and surplus lines subsidiaries.
R. Phillip Sandercox has also been named as Senior Vice President. As head of Cincinnati Re, Sandercox holds executive oversight of the corporation’s reinsurance assumed operations, including underwriting, pricing and claims.
Lastly, Andrew M. Schnell has been named the Senior Vice President and Treasurer, leading the corporation’s accounting and SEC reporting operations.
