In a strategic move aimed at further solidifying its presence in the insurance broking industry, the Clear Group has successfully acquired Heath Crawford & Foster Holdings Limited, along with its subsidiaries: Heath Crawford & Foster Ltd, ABA Insurance, and Merenda & Co Ltd.
This latest acquisition aligns seamlessly with Clear Group’s ongoing commitment to building a robust and sustainable business platform.
Heath Crawford & Foster, founded by Paul Weinberg in 1982, has experienced substantial growth over the years, driven by a combination of organic expansion and well-chosen acquisitions.
Over the last three years alone, the company’s stature has doubled, now boasting an impressive £18 million in Gross Written Premium (GWP).
Paul Weinberg, along with his fellow directors and a dedicated team of 34 professionals, has officially joined the Clear Group, bringing their wealth of expertise to bolster Clear’s growth strategy.
This strategic addition extends Clear Group’s operational reach both within its existing geographical footprint and in new locations. Heath Crawford & Foster currently maintains offices in Watford, Manchester, and Southend, specialising in property owners’ risks placement and offering key insurance products across commercial, household, motor, fleet, and professional indemnity sectors.
