Club Vita makes senior promotions across US and Canada

Club Vita, an independent longevity analytics partner for pension plans, insurers, reinsurers, and advisers, has announced four senior promotions across its US and Canadian teams to strengthen its North American leadership.

In the US, Erik Pickett has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Chief Actuarial Content Officer, and Natalie Gleed to Senior Vice President, Head of Business Development.

They will support the region’s expanding market while guiding global insights strategy and commercial growth respectively.

In Canada, Shantel Aris has been promoted to Head of Longevity Analysis and Client Engagement, North America.

In this expanded role, Aris will be responsible for leading the creation of longevity analysis programs and improving engagement with insurance clients throughout Canada and the wider North American region.

Further, Katherine Pelletier has been named Head of Pensions and Privacy Officer, Canada, reinforcing Club Vita’s commitment to supporting Canadian pension plans through robust analytics and tailored client support.
