CNA Hardy, a specialist commercial insurance provider within the Lloyd’s and company markets, announced the appointment of Ariel Berman to the position of Vice President, Head of Specialty (UK & Continental Europe).
Based in London, Berman will report directly to Jalil Ur Rehman, the President and CEO of CNA Hardy, and Steve Goldman, Senior Vice President, Underwriting (Financial Lines, Healthcare, and Affinity) of CNA.
Berman brings with him 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, having served in senior positions at AIG and most recently at Marsh, where he held the role of Head of Financial Institutions Division – FINPRO.
“Ariel brings strong leadership, deep technical expertise as well as considerable multi jurisdictional knowledge and the broader experience of working in both underwriting and broking. Ariel will be a great asset to our company and I am delighted to welcome him to CNA Hardy,” Rehman commented.
