Willis Re, a reinsurance advisory and broking joint venture between Bain Capital (BCIS) and WTW, has welcomed Nick Pritchard to its Bermuda team.
Pritchard brings more than 20 years of industry experience spanning underwriting and broking within property reinsurance and retrocession. He has built long-standing relationships with clients and markets in Bermuda since arriving on the island in 2009.
He has deep expertise in structuring and pricing reinsurance placements, applying a technical approach to deliver strong client outcomes.
Pritchard joins Willis Re from Conduit Re, where he served as Underwriting Portfolio & Alternative Capital Manager and most recently as Chief Underwriting Officer (Interim).
Prior to that, he was Managing Director at Aon and Senior Vice President – Head of Property Treaty at Vantage Risk Companies. Earlier in his career, he held various roles at Neon and Validus Re.
