Consilium, a specialty re/insurance broker, has strengthened its international casualty operations with the appointment of Henrietta Burgess as Partner of International Casualty Risk Solutions.
This move aims to reinforce Consilium’s expanding casualty offering, which currently operates in the UK and US markets.
The business has built a significant North American portfolio across primary, lead and excess layers, serving a diverse range of sectors.
Her appointment also reflects Consilium’s continued investment in high-calibre talent to support its growing global client base.
Burgess has nearly a decade of specialist experience and a proven track record across complex international placements. Most recently, she served at BMS and has held roles at Ambris and Gallagher in the past.
She also spent seven years at JLT Re, developing expertise in life sciences, healthcare and casualty business across Australia, Canada, UK, Latin America and the Middle East.
