CRC Group acquires MGA Euclid Transactional from Searchlight Capital

Global private investment firm, Searchlight Capital Partners, L.P., has completed the sale of Euclid Transactional, LLC, a managing general agent (MGA) specialising in transactional insurance underwriting and claims handling, to CRC Group, a wholesale specialty insurance distributor in North America.

crc group logoIn 2021, Searchlight closed its investment in Euclid Transactional, and over the course of the partnership, the MGA has expanded its geographic footprint, distribution and capacity relationships, and scaled premium volume.
