CRC Group, a wholesale specialty insurance distributor in North America, has announced the hire of four new professionals to its team: Brian Mennes, Andrew Nash, Juliette Kelley and Matthew Walsh.
Mennes has joined CRC Group’s Spring, TX office as an underwriter. Prior to joining CRC Group, he served as a broker and underwriter with U.S. Risk, LLC, an international specialty lines underwriting manager and wholesale broker.
With over a decade of insurance industry experience, Nash has joined CRC’s Santa Ana, CA office as a broker.
He most recently worked as a vice president of underwriting and commercial insurance manager at Chubb.
He first joined Chubb in 2013 and held a number of roles ever since, with a break between 2015 and 2020 where he worked at Travelers as an Account Executive.
Kelley has joined CRC Group’s Minneapolis, MN office as an underwriting team leader. She joined the company from Jencap, a large U.S. wholesale insurance intermediary, where she most recently served as transportation underwriter.
Matthew Walsh has joined CRC Group’s Denver, CO office as an underwriting team leader. Before joining CRC, Walsh held the position of account executive and broker assistant at a prominent wholesale brokerage firm.
“These new appointments mark a strategic expansion effort aimed at enhancing CRC Group’s ability to assist retail agency clients nationwide,” a CRC spokesperson stated.
