Delos Insurance Solutions, a property insurance MGA, has announced the appointment of Gloria Hendrickson as its new Head of Reinsurance.
In her new role, Hendrickson will focus on securing reinsurance capacity for new programs and strengthening relationships with reinsurance partners.
Kevin Stein, CEO of Delos Insurance Solutions, expressed enthusiasm for Hendrickson’s appointment, stating, “Gloria’s appointment gives us added capability to drive forward many of our growth plans. Her impressive experience in underwriting and catastrophe modelling is well suited to Delos’ objectives.”
He continued, “The number of homes and businesses located in wildfire stressed areas continues to increase and Delos is committed to providing affordable insurance in these areas.

Hendrickson brings over 30 years of industry experience to her new role, notably in catastrophe modelling and risk.
She most recently served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Underwriting Officer at NormanMax Insurance Holdings and New Paradigm Underwriters. Previously, she held senior roles at firms such as American Integrity Insurance Group, Hallmark Financial Services, XL Catlin, and Munich Re America.
The company also recently announced raising $9 million in a Series A funding round to address homeowners’ challenges in securing wildfire insurance.
