DUAL Europe has partnered with VHV Allgemeine Versicherung AG, part of the VHV Group (VHV), a strategic move that aims to strengthen its position in the Construction market.
Backed by VHV’s capacity, DUAL Europe’s Engineering & Construction Hub offers C.A.R. (Construction All Risks), E.A.R. (Erection All Risks), Machinery Breakdown, Completed Engineering Civil Risks, Electronic Equipment Insurance, Industrial All Risk, C.P.E. (Contractor’s Plant and Equipment).
Helping to deliver all these offerings is the DUAL Europe Engineering & Construction Hub with a number of experienced underwriters joining the team.
They include Christian W. Müller, who joins DUAL Europe as Head of Engineering & Construction Europe. He has over 25 years industry experience as Underwriting Manager leading the International & Swiss Construction Team at AXA XL Insurance.

With 23 years of industry experience, Dan Georgescu joins the team as Underwriter Manager, based in Zurich, Switzerland.
In Milan, Italy, Giulio Dragone was appointed Head of Engineering for DUAL Italia. Hakan Hedin was named Head of Engineering for DUAL Nordics, based in Stockholm, Sweden.
Joining DUAL Deutschland as Head of Engineering is Gürhan Metin, who will be based in Hamburg, Germany. Robin Adriaansen joins DUAL Benelux as Head of Engineering, based in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
Additionally, Imke Swierstra will be joining DUAL Benelux as Lead Underwriter Engineering, based in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
