DUAL North America has announced two key leadership hires.
The firm has appointed Ranjit Jaswal as Chief Risk Officer and Luke Wolmer as Senior Vice President of Actuarial and Data Analytics.
In his role as Chief Risk Officer, Jaswal will lead the company’s risk and compliance vision and strategy. He will work with key stakeholders across both DUAL and the Howden Group in developing and enhancing enterprise risk management approaches.
Additionally, the role will also involve him reporting on risk exposures to the DUAL North America leadership team.
Based out of New York and reporting into John Johnson, Chief Executive Officer of DUAL North America, Jaswal will be the newest member of the DUAL North America leadership team and Risk Committee.
Overall, Jaswal brings more than 25 years of international financial services experience towards the role. Previously he has held consulting and corporate risks roles at major firms such as reinsurance giant Swiss Re, and EY.
In his most recent role, Jaswal was the Managing Partner for Mazars US, leading the Financial Services Consulting practice.
Moreover, Wolmer, who is based in California, brings more than 10 years of experience towards his new role.
As SVP of Actuarial and Data Analytics, he will be responsible for providing and overseeing actuarial services for both new and renewing programs. This includes pricing and reserving analytics, new product development, and providing guidance to divisional leads as they set the direction of their book.
Before he joined DUAL, Wolmer served as the P&C Analytics North America Market Leader for Swiss Re.
