DWF, a provider of combined legal and business services, has enhanced its global Claims Management & Adjusting (CMA) division by appointing Darren Goldman as Head of North America and Antonio Herrera Sancho as Claims Director in Spain.

dwf-logo-newGoldman said: “I am excited to lead the talented CMA team as the regional director for the North American business. I look forward to leveraging my experience to drive innovation and deliver outstanding support to our growing client base.”

Goldman comes to DWF from the International Programs Group, where he was President, and before that, he was General Manager at QBE Services in Toronto, Canada.

With 27 years of experience in the insurance industry, especially within the London market, Darren brings extensive knowledge to his new position.

He will oversee CMA operations in the USA and Canada, managing around 70 claims management and adjusting professionals based in offices located in Chicago, Charlotte, Vancouver, Calgary, and Toronto.

Herrera brings over 20 years of experience in the banking and insurance sectors. He has held roles at leading domestic and international firms, including Aon, HomeServe, Allianz, RTS, Legalitas, and Santalucia.

Prior to joining DWF, he was the Strategic Partnerships Director at Santalucia, where he played a key role in their growth. Antonio is the first hire for CMA in Spain, officially extending the CMA global presence to include Spain.

Herrera commented: “DWF’s strong CMA practice and growth strategy closely aligns with my own vision and values. My experience across the insurance industry including underwriting, assistance companies, TPAs, and major brokers equips me to strengthen and diversify the CMA offering.”

These appointments come on the heels of last week’s announcement that DWF will acquire Proclaim, Australia’s leading claims management business.

DWF’s integrated CMA services now operate in the UK, Ireland, France, Italy, Canada, the USA, Australia, and now Spain.

This enables a comprehensive solution that combines volume claims management, adjusting, consultancy, and legal expertise in over 60 countries worldwide.

Paul Cowen, Global Head of Claims Management and Adjusting, said: “We are thrilled to welcome Darren and Antonio to DWF’s CMA team. Their expertise and proven track records will be invaluable as we continue to expand our services and enhance our client offerings. These appointments highlight our commitment to international growth and excellence in claims management.”
