Efe Tokmen has joined global reinsurance brokerage Gallagher Re as Head of Structured, UK Capital Solutions, Reinsurance News has learned.
In his new role, Tokmen will focus on driving strategy and delivering bespoke capital solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
He will report to Michel Buker, Chairman of UK Capital Solutions at Gallagher Re.
Tokmen brings more than 15 years of industry experience, joining Gallagher Re from Guy Carpenter, where he was Managing Director since 2021, having previously served as Senior Vice President.
Prior to that, he spent nearly nine years at Swiss Re in senior roles, developing extensive expertise in alternative capital and structured reinsurance transactions.
