Grace Emson has joined insurance broker Willis, a WTW business, as a Senior Broker within the International Property Facultative, GB team.
The executive brings nearly 15 years of industry experience, with deep expertise in the international property market, client servicing and negotiation.
Reporting to Patrick Green, Head of International Facultative, GB, Emson’s new role, focuses on bolstering the growth of the business’ International Property Facultative portfolio.
This involves effectively understanding the requirements of cedants, developing tailored placement strategies, and executing successful negotiations across the reinsurance market.
She will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, strengthening relationships with underwriters and cedants across key markets, supporting efficient and effective placement delivery, and ensuring clients receive solutions aligned with their needs and the evolving dynamics of the international property landscape.

Emson joins WTW following an eight-year tenure at Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance, where she most recently served as Senior Property Underwriter.
Through her career, the executive has also held roles at The Navigators Group, Torus Insurance and MSIG.
