Enstar EU has promoted Nick Crossley to Chief Executive Officer (CEO), subject to regulatory and Board approvals.
The executive will replace Paul Brockman, who has served as Interim CEO of Enstar EU since January 2024.
However, it has been confirmed that Brockman will retain his position as Group Chief Operating Officer.
Crossley has been with the organisation since 2019, leading their European and London market M&A capability.
Overall, he brings more than two decades of experience towards his new role, and boasts a strong corporate finance and commercial background.
Meanwhile, Enstar EU has also confirmed that Tanvi Patel has been promoted to Senior Vice President of M&A, to help further bolster expertise across the company’s M&A leadership team.
Patel moved within the M&A team from transaction actuarial to corporate finance earlier this year.
She has worked at Enstar for almost five years, most recently serving as Vice President of M&A in London. She previously worked at Deloitte and Beazley.
