Ensurise merges with Risk Cooperative to boost market presence

Ensurise, LLC, the independent insurance brokerage, has merged with Risk Cooperative in a move that is set to strengthen it’s market presence.

MergerThe merger came into effect on December 19, 2023.

Risk Cooperative, which was established in 2014, is comprised of a team of seasoned, certified risk managers and licensed insurance brokers, who have expertise across all classes of risk. This includes: comprehensive employee benefits, life & health, property & casualty, cyber and other specialty lines.

Jonathan Nobil, Founder, President & Managing Member of Ensurise, LLC, commented: “We are very excited to be partnering with Risk Cooperative as our latest agency partner and particularly to be adding employee benefits to our suite of products and services as we further expand our presence in the D.C. metro area and Mid-Atlantic region.

From what we understand, this merger will integrate the leadership teams while allowing Risk Cooperative to also continue its operations and servicing of existing clients from its Washington, D.C. headquarters.
