EPIC names Miranda Rodriguez as Head of National Real Estate Practice

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants (EPIC), a national insurance brokerage and consulting firm, has announced the appointment of Miranda Rodriguez as Program Development Leader within its national real estate practice.

EPIC Insurance Brokers & ConsultantsIn this newly created role, Rodriguez will focus on strengthening and scaling EPIC’s real estate practice. She will oversee initiatives spanning program design, strategic partnerships and operational infrastructure, while coordinating the firm’s existing real estate business and expanding access to expertise across the broader organisation.

Rodriguez will also support the development of national programs and strategic partnerships, introduce innovative technology integrations and help connect regional expertise across the firm.

She will report to Scott Davis, President of National Specialties at EPIC.

Rodriguez brings more than 15 years of industry experience in real estate risk management and program development.

She joins EPIC from WTW, where she most recently served as Real Estate and Hospitality Multi-Family Segment Leader.

Prior to that, Rodriguez spent nearly nine years at Brookfield Asset Management, where she served as global real estate risk manager, navigating complex M&A transactions and expanding the firm’s international risk footprint.
